This is quite a spacious room with a comfy sofa and two leather reclining, swivel chairs with footstools.
The dining area sits nicely in the corner of the lounge with access through a central sliding door to the kitchen, which makes it much more interactive and convenient.
There is a large TV with FreeSat (free satellite with over 50 channels and 25 radio stations available).
There are some Manx history books and others of interest for you to read. The canvas pictures, mirror, lamps and accessories complement this room.
A lovely, bright, fully equipped kitchen. There is an under counter fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and halogen hob and cooker; also a microwave.
The flooring matches the living room flooring. All crockery, cutlery, towels and cleaning materials are included.
Complimentary hamper with Manx produce for you to taste.
Access to the courtyard is via the kitchen. A table and two chairs is within the courtyard over the summer months. The outside tap is cold water. Green artifical grass is laid on the ground. A lovely sunny spot in the mornings. There is access to a rear storage shed where you can securely leave bicycles. Clean bicycles can be brought through the house. Any dirty bikes can be jet washed at “The Jet Wash” located at bottom Stanley Road by Empire Garage, it takes coins.
A spacious, very attractive room with quality furniture. The zip and link bed gives the option of one large 6ft bed or unzipped can be two 3ft twin beds. Please let Dee know your preferred option at the time of booking. Triple wardrobe, with hanging space and shelving, dressing table, mirror, stool, clock radio, TV/DVD player, hair-dryer, bedside tables, excellent reading lights above bed, plus accessories.

A very attractive, contemporary room, the white bathroom suite is complemented perfectly with the white and lustre mosaic tiles.
There is a superb spacious shower over the bath with shower screen.
There is a large chrome towel rail for your comfort.
The spotlights, large mirror, extractor fan, flooring and bathroom accessories for you to use whilst in Balley Beg make this a very appealing room.
Gas central heating installed with combination boiler, the water will be hot whenever you require it. The central heating will be provisionally set for the time of year. This can be discussed on arrival and times changed accordingly to suit you.
This is the storage area for the usual household items, e.g. iron, ironing board, brush & pan, mop & bucket etc. Baby gate, travel cot, high chair. Picnic set, folding chairs, children’s buckets and spades.
There is a small yard with a artificial grass, flower trough, washing line & refuse bin.
A refuse bin is provided in the back yard. Bin liners can be found in the kitchen cupboard.
These will be given to you on arrival at the cottage.
Literally round the corner to the main shopping street, Michael Street, with supermarket, fresh bakery, newsagents, chemists, banks (Barclays, Lloyds and The Isle of Man Bank – Natwest) plus a variety of other interesting shops. The post office is just 3 doors away. There are a number of unusual shops in the little back streets of Peel – it is worth taking a leisurely stroll to find them.
There is a frequent bus service to all parts of the Island from Peel. A timetable is available in the cottage.
These can easily be arranged and must be paid for on arrival.
There is a free public car park in front of the cottage, which is safe and convenient to leave vehicles in.
The price you pay per week, plus £75.00 security payment (refundable – please see full terms and conditions on the booking form), is fully inclusive of electricity, gas, towels and linen.
